OPI All Shook Up with PA A81

This is a black label OPI that I bought as part of an OPI bundle from Ebay a while ago.

To be honest I’m not 100% sure its genuine after using it. It is very runny and after two coats wasn’t opaque and its chipped quite easily as well. Doing some googling on black label OPI’s all the signs point to it being real but I’m just not sure…..

Anyway, to counteract the sheerness of it, I sponged on some glitter red polish from a Japanese brand called PA. I got this as part of another bundle deal from one of the ladies from the forum.

I quite like it, but I won’t wear it for long as I’ve got chips already…… 😦

GOT Polish – Orange!

As soon as I saw this prompt, I knew EXACTLY what I was going to wear. The polish that started my orange addiction. Dollish Polish Dragons Breath. I layered two coats of this over OPI A Roll in the Hague. I’d forgotten just how much I loved the sparkle from this polish. Totally amazing.

I couldn’t leave it alone though and after a day I decided to stamp over it to jazz it up a bit.

What do you think? Good choice of stamping, or should I have left it alone?

Lets see what the others are up to today.

Picture Polish – Imperial

For personal reasons I’m having issues with Picture Polish at the moment. I love their polishes and innovation, but I’m not sure about the choices they are making at the moment. But there we go, thats not the poor polishes fault!! LOL

Imperial is a beautiful polish that I bought from Sally Magpies a short while ago.

Applies fab and was opaque in 2 coats.

I wore this for two days (shocker) and did get a little tip wear on day 2. Otherwise I think its beauty speaks for itself!

Illamasqua Radium with A England Dragon

Some more stamping today!

Base colour is Radium which as like all Illamasqua’s applies really well. Two coats and it was sorted.

Dry time is super quick so I did some swirly stamping using A England Dragon which is a holographic green. A Englands are great for stamping.

Love the colour combo!

Illamasqua Raindrops

This polish is a bloggers cult classic. Everyone loves this polish and I’m not exception!

I bought this from a Nail Sale page on FB and now I’ve got it I’m never letting it go!! Applied gorgeously, I did need to do 3 coats to cover VNL however, but otherwise was beautiful.

Shocking pictures again I’m afraid, but I’m sure you’ll get the gist!!

Hearts and Crosses!

So for my last pink mani of the week (apart from yesterday, that didn’t count!) I decided to use a bargain basement £1 polish from Claires Accessories. And it was fab to use!

It says its a Glitter Sand Textured polish but on the nail it isn’t as textured as OPI Liquid Sand but because of the little bits of glitter within, its much better! Doesn’t snag or anything. Dry time was superb so overall I was impressed with this little polish!

I stamped over with Hearts and Crosses stamp from Bundle monster. Came out really clear and I felt really added to the mani.

Really liked this one!

GOT Polish – Chevron

Firstly I need to apologise, SHOCKING photographs tonight. Horrible awful pictures. No justification on that at all really so I hope you’ll forgive me!

I used two oldies for this mani. The base colour is Stargazer chrome in blue. Applies really well and would make a fab stamping polish. As an accent finger I topped with an old Dolly, 3 best friends. This glitter is fab and applies really well.

I stamped using konad blue. Really need to work on my lining up!!! 🙂
